A Day in SPECTRUM’s Co-Working Space

Join us on a tour of our co-working space through the eyes of Jay – a Digital Marketer based in our SPECTRUM co-working space.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Man speaking to concierge staff

As Jay arrives at SPECTRUM, he’s greeted by the Concierge team. “Busy day?”, they ask. “Packed,” he replies. “But first, coffee…”.

Heading to the pantry area, Jay makes himself his first coffee of the day – a latte – with SPECTRUM’s Nespresso machine (available to all SPECTRUM members).

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Coffee in hand, Jay heads to his desk situated in one of SPECTRUM’s shared workspace areas and gets down to work preparing for his first meeting – a quick stand-up meeting with his team.

PREMIUM SHARED WORKSPACES: SPECTRUM features floor-to-ceiling windows that enable sunlight to shower its workspaces. All workspaces are also furnished with high-end ergonomic Herman Miller furniture that fosters productivity with a touch of style.

Besides taking up desks in SPECTRUM’s shared workspace, Jay’s company has also taken up a private office suite – where his colleagues are now preparing for a meeting.

PRIVATE OFFICES: SPECTRUM has a range of private offices of different sizes. Flexible packages are also available for teams that have implemented flexible work arrangements.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

During his team meeting, Jay and his colleagues weigh in on their weekly progress. As the meeting draws to a close, Jay’s manager, Jonathan, offers him a supportive smile and reminds, “Don’t forget our campaign discussion this afternoon, Jay.” Jay responds with a confident nod, “Absolutely, I’ve got it on my calendar. See you then.”

Feeling well-prepared and eager to discuss his progress, Jay then notices a pleasant reminder of another important moment — it’s lunchtime.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Not wanting to deal with the lunchtime crowd, Jay heads to The Grid – SPECTRUM’s event space and pantry area – to grab a quick bite. With Harry’s one-for-one promotion, Jay decides on a sandwich and asks a colleague to join him for lunch.

HARRY’s AT THE GRID: With Harry’s range of sandwiches, wraps, salads, desserts, and beverages offered at The Grid, SPECTRUM offers both quick bites and ready-to-eat meals for those looking for a convenient lunch option.

Settling down at a table at The Grid, Jay is joined by a colleague from Golden Equator’s Wealth team.

Jay and his colleague, feeling the buzz of Friday approaching, eagerly discuss the exciting events happening in town over the weekend. They share information about a popular food festival and a live concert series downtown, adding an extra spark to the workday, and building anticipation for the fun-filled weekend ahead.

However, it’s not long before he must head for his next meeting to discuss his plans for marketing SPECTRUM in the next quarter.

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM

Having booked a meeting pod, Jay proceeds to have one last look at the campaign he’s planned for SPECTRUM with his colleague.

SMALLER MEETINGS: SPECTRUM houses a soundproof Ergoworks meeting pod that accommodates up to four. Single-person pods are also available for work calls, or for anyone wanting to get work done without disruption.

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Needing some time without disruption, Jay then heads to one of SPECTRUM’s breakout areas to sharpen his presentation deck.

BREAKOUT AREAS: SPECTRUM has a range of breakout spaces that members can use for informal meetings/discussions, or to get work done away from their desk and without disruption.

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Jay attends his last meeting for the day – a team meeting to discuss some upcoming events planned for SPECTRUM.

Whether it’s a team meeting, client meeting, or business presentation, SPECTRUM has a range of meeting rooms that can seat anywhere from two to twelve people.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

“Jay! Just wanted to discuss the deck you’ve put together for our campaign rollout. I must admit that it’s looking good…” Jonathan remarks.

With a cup of coffee in hand, the pair go into the details of their campaign strategy, weeding out any oversights they come across.

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Jay heads to The Grid – SPECTRUM’s largest event space – to attend an event.

EVENT SPACES: SPECTRUM’s range of versatile event spaces can cater to various event types (e.g. seminars and product launches) and a range of audience sizes up to 120 (standing).

6:00 PM – LATE

Finally done for the day, Jay finds himself in need of a drink (or two) to wind down and invites a colleague to join him…

AFTER-WORK DRINKS: Managed by Harry’s, Door XXV is SPECTRUM’s private lounge bar – a social space for networking sessions, small celebrations, or just a drink to unwind in the evening.

Drinks in hand, Jay and his colleague raise their glasses to toast the end of a workday. “Cheers!”
