In our next session we will continue our exploration of sake, Japan’s national beverage, with our certified sake sommelier, Rick Choo. We will discover the types of sake-brewing rice (shuzo-kotekimai) and learn how to decipher labels (basic level) of sake bottles. We will also taste up to 6 new varieties to appreciate different flavour profiles.
