The Rise of Cloud Kitchens: How Will This Trend Impact F&B in Singapore?

The market for cloud kitchens, cooking facilities for food delivery without dining-in spaces, is estimated to reach $1 trillion globally by 2030, according to Euromonitor International. The cloud kitchen model is extremely advantageous for food delivery companies looking to avoid the costs of running traditional restaurants. The demand for food deliveries has exploded during the global pandemic, making this market even more attractive not only to F&B players, but commercial real estate developers, investors, hospitality businesses and new startups that are entering the space with new solutions. With such growth potential, how will the market evolve and how will market players remain competitive in the long term? How has this trend taken on in Singapore and Southeast Asia and what are the key differences with other markets?

Join us at this webinar to hear more from Adrien Desbaillets, Managing Director of Fresh Creation Holdings, the family business behind SALADSTOP!, WOOSHI and HEYBO, on one of the fastest-growing industries that will play a big role in the future of food delivery.

About SaladStop!

SaladStop! was founded in 2009 with the aim of bringing a new dimension to salads and approach to fast food. Today’s society is becoming increasingly disconnected with their food – we want to show that food consumption should be honest, trustworthy and real. As we’ve grown over the past few years, we constantly strive to improve and embrace an attitude to be “better than yesterday”.

We currently operate in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, Korea, Vietnam and Malaysia. We aim to become the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company serving the best tasting, most nutritious food. As we expand our footprint in the region, we remain true to our core values and commitment to the ideology of “Eat Wide Awake” through all aspects.

As we set up the salad bar every morning, we are driven by the communities that we work with and the lives that we are able to impact. We are just at the beginning of an amazing journey and dream about a world where farmers are respected and customers can start trusting their food again. We are still a small company but with big dreams and hope that we can be one of the catalysts in this change.
